Kebab Shop Style Chilli Sauce

not every kebab shop uses the same recipe but this is the style of kebab sauce that I recommend. A great kebab is a wonderful thing – a perfect marriage of succulent, spiced meat, bread, fresh, crunchy salad and right chilli sauce.

Ingredients

Serves 8 people
2 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
2 Large onion finely chopped
6 Cloves garlic finely sliced (quantity to taste)
3 Teaspoons Mint Sauce
1 spoon full of chopped flat leaf parsley (you can use dried parsley as well)
80ml Distilled Vinegar
Fresh Chillies and dry chilli flakes (quantity to taste)

Method for Kebab Shop Style Chilli Sauce Recipe

I use about 4 Cherry Chillies or 10 Green Finger Chillies and some chilli flakes when I make this. Make sure chilli flakes do not have too much seeds. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and whizz up until pureed but with small pieces of onion, garlic and chilli visible. Keep in the fridge for up to 2 days. Serve Hot or cold as you prefer
